BC Resident Subclass (All Cards) – This is a list of all the cards included in this action. If you were a resident of BC during the class period (Nov. 1, 2008 to July 18, 2016) and had one of the cards listed below, you are automatically included in this action unless you advise Class Counsel in writing that you wish to opt-out of the class action by the opt-out deadline. If you were not a resident of BC during the class period please refer to the other two lists- "Non-BC Resident Subclass (opt-out)" and " Non-BC Resident Subclass (opt-in)".
